The Trust Funds Division (ACTTF) is one of several that reports into the office of the Director of Accounting (ACTDR). ACTTF is the focal point for collection and dissemination of Trust Fund financial and administrative information and for formulation and oversight of financial, accounting and administrative accounting policies for trust funds.  The division maintains trust fund master data and financial ledgers and produces contractually required reporting for the donors and internal management.  

Selected parts of the work program of the World Bank’s Accounting Department are handled through the Processing and Support Center (ACTCO), in Chennai, India.  ACTCO houses several different business units, each of which is responsible for specific off-shored accounting processes and includes one unit dedicated to trust funds, namely ACTTN. ACTTN is also involved in providing cross-support to some of the other divisions such as TFO and IFC by leveraging it’s expertise in accounting and reporting.

Job Purpose:  The primary purpose of job is to provide cross support to CSRRM. One of CSRRM's key budget processes is the Reimbursables Formulation and Monitoring Process.  At a high level,  the reimbursable cycle has four major elements/tasks: (1) reimbursable budget construction, (2) reimbursable budget monitoring and management, (3) reimbursable budget reporting, and (4) year-end closing of reimbursables.  At this point in time, CSRRM is looking for offshoring some of these tasks. .  These tasks are mostly related to budget/transaction processing activities which fall under the reimbursable budget monitoring and year-end closing cycles. 
Narrative: The job holder reports to the Sr. Accounting Officer ACTTN in Chennai.

Duties and Accountabilities

•	Periodic monitoring of Miscellaneous Reimbursables using various reports available in SAP, BW and CSRRM's decision tracking system (DTS)
•	 Pro-actively  identify those units where reimbursable budget adjustments are needed and make appropriate budget adjustments using DTS 
•	Respond quickly to unit requests to make budget adjustments, based on a strong vetting process
•	Undertake routine tasks such as documentation, filing of transactions etc.
•	Keep in constant communication with the CSRRM HQ Subject Matter Expert (SME) staff on the status of these tasks 
•	At times, undertake analysis and recommend actions to the CSRRM HQ SME staff on transactions not complying with policies  
•	Help CSRRM produce periodic reports on Reimbursables (using SAP, BW, Excel).
•	 Ability to drill down to a specific SAP transaction and understand the nature of such transaction in detail is critical.

Selection Criteria

1.	An Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Commerce. A Bachelor's degree in the above mentioned areas is highly preferred.
2.	A minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably with a multinational organization. 
3.	Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools & computer savvy.
4.	Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. 
5.	Strong client focus and excellent team player.
6.	Experience with transactional systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle etc.). Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Windows applications, particularly Excel and interlinked spreadsheets, but also Word, PowerPoint, and desktop publishing to be able to manipulate large sets of data and produce complex reports, figures, graphs, etc.  Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly and effectively use it for maximum productivity.  Sound knowledge of information management. Prior experience/knowledge of the Bank's Resource Management Systems and processes is desirable.
7.	Demonstrated good judgmental, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to retrieve information into a useable format, interpret data and synthesize information from SAP and other integrated systems, and clearly and concisely present results. Basic understanding and application of business planning and work programming, budgeting and administration, as well as related institutional policies and procedures is desirable. 
8.	Task Management and Organizational Skills: Proven task management skills.  Excellent organization skills to handle a variety of concurrent activities, judge priorities and organize work accordingly, along with the ability to work well under pressure.  Willingness to work flexibly and extend self to meet deadlines.
